Please bear with me as I'm still trying to learn.
Villian has shown down decent hands but being the big stack at table he was pushing his chips around.
1)Was it horrible to call his 5x raise with TT? My read was that 5x raise was weak and didn't want any callers (low to mid pp or A9 to AJ).
2)Should I have shoved pre?
3)Is it even worth getting into huge hand against big stack at this point in tourney?
I'm not really worried about the results but rather how bad I played the hand.

Definitely don't shove pre. If you think he's weak hes's not going to call with worse anyway. Also don't min raise flop. On the flop you should make a decision on what to do. If you really feel he has air there (I don't really think he does) then ship it in, otherwise fold. I don't hate playing this hand for set value.

This seems like a spew to me. I don't mind the call pre 1/10 of your stack to see a flop with TT. However..
This guy leads 5400 into a 3800ish pot. The standard c-bet with a hand is going to be about 2200-2800 to leave himself room to fold with a hand like AK. 5400 is not folding to your re-reaise. So at this point you have to ask yourself what am I beating here? IMO you aren't beating any hands really that would be firing this hard at a flop like that (except a complete bluff obv) -
certainly agree with the pre flop call there, and would agree this is a 3-bet flop, but certainly not 3-betting here after villain c-bets 18 BBs- regardless of table image, i believe thats your cue to fold.
Not to be results oriented, the J,6,6 board is fairly dry, in other situations this may have been optimal to get it all in here, but this here is tough to go busted with.
Also, this is another situation where your 'in position' but in my mind, with this hand and your stack your probably better off to be 'out of position', because, 1. Your showing strength when you call 5x raise pre flop. 2. If your the first to bet (out of pos.) ,you show strength for 2nd time and then get 3-betted by initial raiser, I believe you have a clearer understanding of where you stand in the hand, and you likely have some room to fold without crippling yourself, given the nice stack you had to begin with. -
Thanks for the input. For whatever reason I had a meltdown in this hand. Up til this hand I was playing well. Just goes to show one wrong hand played poorly and boom I'm out.
