Can anyone tell me what the ranges are for the following categories for either color coding my HUD or so I better understand what ranges I should be in for reporting purposes for MTT's and SnG's:

Sqz% (4.2%)
4bet Range (2.5%)
vs 3Bet Call% (40.2%)
Steal Limped Pot (12.5%)
Steal Pct (37.5%)
BB Defend Steal (22.6%)
BB Reraise Steal (9.5%)
BB Fold to Steal (77.4%)

My own numbers are provided in parenthesis if it helps further the conversation.
