Need an honest opinion about my PT3 Stats

    First off I am playing .10/.25 6 max on stars and have been tracking my winnings (or lack there of) for the past two months. I am only a break even cash game player and was hoping somebody with a bit more experience could evaluate what my numbers actually mean?!!? These are the stats from my past 3000 hands...What would you suggest I work on?

    Well 100k hands is a good sample to accurately measure your winrate, but some leaks are noticeable with just 3k... for example, you're playing approximately 25/15. This gap seems like the main problem with your game. You should be looking to be the aggressor in the hand before the flop much more often than not, otherwise you'll be pushed off your hand too much. Don't call raises with marginal hands that don't flop very well, like KTo or T9o. Maybe try playing more around 19/16 or something, and loosening up when you start feeling comfortable. Avoid calling with marginal hands from the blinds and try to start raising hands that you normally wouldn't from the cutoff and button. Also if you're open limping, don't... it's very exploitable. Another thing, your VPIP from SB is way too loose. You'll be out of position for the rest of the hand so tighten up your ranges here for sure... let the BB have it when it's folded around to you and you have marginal hands like A5 or T8 or hands like that.

    If you're serious about improving you should probably play more hands and showing the ones that gave you more trouble to people better than you. Post them in a forum, subscribe to a training site, whatever. Just dedicate yourself to improving and you'll be fine eventually.

    I get the feeling that from the BB he often just calls and defends, think about 3 betting late position raisers more, but not calling OOP:)

    The thing that jumped out at me was you're 39/15 in the small blind. You need to be playing your SB way less and become the aggressor way more when you do play...playing passively in the worst position possible at the table is a recipe for disaster.
