    Try them both - see how you like them. PT3 has a 60-day trial and HEM has a 15-day trial.

    I tried both . For some reason I could not keep HEM functioning on my computer. Had to have team viewer sessions every couple of days . So I went with PT3 . As far as tracking , it's probably more personal preference.

    I tried both and went with HEM. Seemed more user friendly and their forum support is top top
