Can anyone help me out quickly w/ this problem? I play BODOG, and have loved it cause of great customer service and always getting withdrawls fast and w/ no problems. I won a nice tourney and I am trying to withdraw funds. BODOG processed my request and instead of sending me a check, they sent it back to NUcharge account w/ out telling me. I am getting the run around from NUcharge on my options to withdraw funds from them (ATM w/ fees, CHECK w/ fees, and WIRE FUNDS TO BANK ACCOUNT w/ fees)........I am now hearing very negitive things about BODOG and NUcharge and not sure what to do or if I will ever get my money.
I won another very nice tourney since then and now the funds are still in BODOG account and not sure what to do w/ that either??
Basically, can anyone please guide me w/ what to do or what they have heard about BODOG lately or especially NUcharge. Is NUcharge a scam? I am lost and need some major help from my fellow poker brothas/sistas............THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!! -
I have no clue about NUcharge, but possibly it works like neteller used to ... where if u withdraw, it puts the amount u deposited w/ that service back in the service before your new preferred option.
Anyhow, if you can get the money out through other methods the check by courier on bodog works just fine. Takes about a month. That's all I got, sorry. -
I withdrew from Bodog to NuCharge to my poker checking account with no problem.
