    can someone define "utility bill" i have to provide a copy of one,
    to me that sounds like a water/ electricity bill or sometihng and seeing as im not a home owner
    i dont have one.

    is a bank statement acceptable? and if i send a bank statement they arent gonna be anal if i black out various things in it will they?

    I chose to ask here rather than email them seeing as they take like a week to reply.

    a utility bill would in fact be a phone bill, cable bill, just about any bill you get to your physical address, even if you rent you still must have a bill of some kind. dsl bill ?? why would you block out any info to them anyway you are giving them access to your banking account and your scared to give them info on you?

    nope. australian, we dont really talk in utility bills.

    so seeing as i live at home, does a bank statement count as a utility bill, or a credit card repayment thingo?
