Neteller: Has anyone received anything in last 7 days?

    Has anybody received any withdrawal from Neteller. It is obvious they have a 2 week delay. But they are processing on a daily basis, which means people are receiving them as we speak. I am going on 8 days with mine.

    I EFT'd my last $100 or so that I had in there..this was on the 15th,nothing in my checking account as of right now.

    I've had an EFT transfer pending for 7 days now...

    In other news, my citadel EFT withdrawl hit my bank account in 5 days (2 of which were Sat. and Sun.)

    I have 3 that were submitted about 6 days ago, and still nothing.

    I would have to guess this may take a total of 2+ weeks.

    Sucks, but lets just make sure we get them.

    What I dont understand is that if they have such a backlog of withdrawals wouldnt you think that at least one pocketfiver would have received their money. I mean, if theyre doing these withdrawals on a rolling basis, one of us would have definately gotten our money. I dont even have an EFT pending because i moved all my money onto stars, and am sure glad i did so

    This is true, I am still waiting to see a post from someone who has received an EFT from Neteller to their Bank AFTER Jan 16-17. Not sure if neteller is waiting 2 weeks to process all at once or what, but it doesn't seem they are processing anything to anyone right now.

    Yea, not a single person on P5s or 2+2 who requested an EFT has received their money from NETELLER. I can only think that this means one thing: their EFT payment processors quit on them and they're trying to find new ones. I've been assured by reliable sources that NETELLER does, in fact, have the money to pay out to everyone -- but they also don't have a way to do it. They're trying to figure that out now and that's why no one has been paid via EFT. NETELLER support has repeatedly told me that the fastest way to get money out right now is via NETELLER card. As far as I know, no one has had a problem with the NETELLER card (yet).

    Hey guys,
    I made a pretty big withdrawal on the 15th and it went through fine. I then EFT'd the remaining money out on the 17th and that has not hit the bank yet(still says pending).

    Yup, same here. The withdrawl I did on the 15th hit my ban acct. like normal. But the withdrawl I did on the 16th went from saying "accepted" after 24hours, like normal, then it was put back to a "pending" status and has yet to hit my bank. Of course I have called Neteller and was told the same thing, it will yake up to 2 weeks or more for it to hit my bank because the abaundance of trasfers due the closing of Neteller to the US. The customer service rep said that she can not gauruntee the time frame in which I recieve my funds, but she did say to rest assured that I will eventually get my $. We shall see...

    I requested a check before this all happened. I was told I could cancel it. I guess this is being done today.

    Problem is, if your EFT status says pending, Neteller (customer support reps atleast) states they cannot go ahead and cancel that withdrawal back to your Account Balance. That would seem like a great alternative solution for people willing to withdraw with their Neteller card. Don't know why they haven't made this an option.

    Has anyone requested a check from them yet?? If so, how did that go. I requested an EFT transfer on the 16th that was showing as 'accepted' until today. Now it shows as 'declined' and is back in my neteller account. I'm considering trying to have them mail me a check, but wanted to know if anyone else has tried that first.

    same stuff here....4 withdrawals (2 the 16th and 2 the 17th)...all still pending. Man, I could really use this money, I always assumed that if this all went down with Neteller discontinuing service to poker sites and all that there'd be sort of a grace period where we wouldn't have to deal with this. Pretty frustrating. Amazing how something that seemed so safe, secure, and swift has instantly become a worry.

    I had two pending 5K EFTs -- I was able to cancel one of them (from the 18th). I was not able to cancel the one from the 16th.

    I'm going to try to get my balance out via NETELLER card or wait for EFTs to start working.

    They estimate 6-8 weeks for checks. I wouldn't want it tied up in the system like that. I'd say use your NETELLER card to take out cash until the check and EFT situation is cleared up.

    I just spoke to Neteller, and it appears EFT's to personal bank accounts could be another 2 weeks. They didnt have any other information, nor do they let you speak with a manager.
    Every transaction on or after the 16th have issues.

    If you are trying to get an EFT to your bank, all I can tell you is to be patient. This could take awhile. I also could use the money, but at this point, I am just hoping to get it, and get closure from Neteller.

    Please keep us posted if anyone happens to receive their EFT over the next few days so we can hopefully see ours processed.

    Im Canadian but received my eft to my bank account within 48 hours---the usual amount of time. I guess their just delaying the American ones

    I contacted them and they said an EFT will take 6-8 weeks as of now and checks may take even longer

    The DOJ has such a squeeze on them right now, I don't think they have any way currently to get $ to members in the US. It appears from posts that peer2peer transfers to someone outside of the US is your best bet.

    I got my $$ out using peer2peer a transfer through the 2+2 board....had to pay 5%, but i have made up the fee plus some on stars. beats the 0% ROI i was getting at neteller while they held my money hostage

    I have no problem getting EFTs - but then again I have a Canadian acct. I've done a few P2P neteller transfers for P5ers too and sent on stars and it went smoothly.
