Apparently I am bodog's test dummy. In the last few weeks I have requested 4 payouts. Their dates of order if/when received and methods are included

As far as deposits go ewalletexpress charges an 8.8% fee and only does amounts from 50-150. I've been reading the threads on visagiftcards and looks like I'll begin to use that method or my bebit card from here until a better system evolves.

My question I guess is if anyone knows a way to help expedite the process of receiving payments?? And/or what the best method is, obviously WU came pretty fast but I think they may start charging for that service soon.
