I'm sure everyone's already noticed the new consoles to the right of the site. The top console marks the release of our first new feature based on the automated data we're collecting.
These are tournament finishes by PocketFivers from the last few days that will count as scores towards our TLB. The data usually has a one or two day lag. Notice it shows your PocketFives screen names, the tournament data, and your finish, as well as a points total. This total is the amount of TLB points received for your listed score. Also, Paradise is still building what we need to get their results so there will be no Paradise results displayed for a bit.
Here is a link to explain how we figure out the points won:

We will soon release an explanation of how those points fit into the launch of our Automated Rankings. Be sure to check out the see all page!
A special thanks to N 82 and thepokerdb.com for assisting us with the collection of this data. It would not be possible without their help. Also thanks to PocketFiver Coderman1 for his crucial help along the way.
The second console is a feature that will hopefully keep everyone in the community more informed. We'll post all of our latest news and announcements here. You can flip through them using the arrows.
The third console is something we're working on with PokerNews to promote their huge freerolls. We'll show the next four upcoming freerolls in this ad. Since you have to be a new depositing account through our links to play in these freerolls the field is often small.
Let us know what you think! -
Keep up the outstanding work.

i thought something looked different but im tired and couldnt figure out what it was...looks good!!
-
this is awesome, great job guys. how long have you been collecting data for?
-
Very cool. Fun stuff.
-
I was wondering what was goin on, looks real nice, I'll most likely use it :D
-
Impressive. Seriously.
Good info. -
I'm speechless! Congrats guys as this will make your site (hard to believe this is possible) that much better!!! Nice job.

WOW! Thats awesome. My only suggestion is that in the "Recent Scores" box, there should be a minimum point requirement to be displayed. I'd rather see the bigger finishes than a bunch of people who cashed for $55.62. Its still sweet though, seeing all the big scores that P5'ers have made.
-
looks nice, i think its badly placed though, ont the left would be better
-
that kicks ass!
-
That's pretty neat!
My suggestion would be to have the sorting better on the "view all" page. Some sort of filter possibly.. -
Ok. Sounds great. Maybe I'm being too anal about it, but I was just checking to make sure that if you're compiling data from a specific date, then all sites should begin on that same date.
Some of us had had some fairly big scores lately, and I wouldn't want Bodog's to be a week or two behind everyone else's, especially if it's counting towards a TLB of sorts. -
The rankings will always be considering the TLB for the most recent 3-month period. So it doesn't really matter when it started collecting data, because we'll have the latest 3 month period of data for all sites involved when the rankings get going.
As for a yearly TLB race, that won't be going until 2007 anyway. -
yah i know there really isnt, i didnt mean the right only though. .. i just like to have my page end at where the posts end with no scrolly bar but with that there i have the big space. Bugs me but pretty petty. still a great addition
-
your gonna rank every single member? ohhhh maybe ill be 5964th
-
nice upgrade guys tyvm
-
Any chance for future expansion into smaller buy in tournaments? I would love to see if Whitealroker is actually the micro king and/or how I stack up against other $1-$5 players.
