    I would just like to add that I think its funny that you have a casino option now when you are trying to "clean up" your site. It might be the most rigged thing I've ever seen, but I just had to prove it to myself. I played 3-card poker for 20 minutes and the dealer had 5 straight flushes in that 20 minutes. Just LOL

    Hey Guys,

    I wanted to let you know that we are bringing back the UB table with a black background and the green felt. This will be brought back on our next live update. We are also looking to add the balance feature in the lobby back. We are just looking at our options on where we would like to place it.

    Another item that we noticed is in regards to the filter. When you filter satellites out, it appears it also filters out any tournaments that have satellites into them. I just wanted to make you guys aware of this and we are working on the solution.

    I emailed support, but I hope you'll take this into consideration. I think you need to add a time bank to cash games. A simple way of doing so would be whenever you sit at a new table, you get a 15 second time bank. For every 30 minutes of play you have at that table, your timebank refreshes to 15 seconds (doesn't accumulate). Good job so far, keep at it APJohn.

    When the black table view comes back is the Logo going to be muted like it was before...more of a shadow of the logo?? I have to say this new logo is really basic and horrible and very hard on the eyes.

    Oh and just for curiosity..I noticed in the options you can choose to show players who are folded...nice Idea except its a blue circle which is the exact same blue circle while players in the hand Check. So if you have this option turned on its pretty much a table full of Blue circles. Kind of defeats the purpose of the option...why not make it a different color so you can tell the difference??

    APJohn,

    I used to frequent UB a lot in fact at one time it was my primary site to play poker on.

    However after the cereus update was poorly done in terms of software I stopped playing UB. The software had several glitches and I was not enamored with the look of the site at the time. It titlted me when I would click a tab such as sng's and the sng's tables wouldnt generate.

    the new look is good however I still likely will not play on a site that pushes ideas like the seven duece games and casino games over the overall performance of the software.

    In the tourney filter i unclick points games cause frankly I dont want to see them in the lobby but yet.....they dont go away. The filter seems to not work when it comes to points.

    Hey Guys,

    We are working on the filter and improving the functionality. Basically, if you filter out a game such as 7Duece but leave Bad Beat Jackpot tables in the lobby. Then all Bad Beat Jackpot tables will display, even the ones with 7Duece. I also know there are a couple other concerns that I we are addressing in the filters. I am working with developers now.

    On another note, I was hoping one of you could help me. I am hearing that there might be an issue with our 'Waiting List' that causes the client to crash. I am trying to get in touch with a player that has experienced this issue. The Client will state the following when it crashes: "There seems to be low CPU on your computer, please close the UB client and try again." If any of you are experiencing this issue, please send me a PM. I would like to try a couple things that were suggested by our development team.

    There is still a problem with the entire client freezing up when you open a lobby...this is not something that happens all the time..but enough that its pretty damn annoying when your multi tabling and your client shuts down and has to be reopened.

    The entire filter system in general is screwed. I try to filter SnGs and it basically ignores everything I do. Uncheck ultra turbos but still there, uncheck 6max but still there etc etc..

    And whats up with getting the lobby back to a black background again, coulda swore you said that was in the works..

    IMO, the old Ultimate Bet software prior to the Cereus merge was by far the best online poker software around (and would still be today). Why did it change and can we go back? The new UB is almost identical to the AP interface and I hate it.

    Sorry for the rant, but UB used to be my favorite site to play. Now, I barely play a couple of tourneys a week.

    I want to come back, please give me a reason.......

    Wanted to let you know about the release last night. We brought back the Classic UB table with a black background. Also, we corrected the one error in the filter. When you un-check satellites, it will not hide the 'main event' that those satellites win into. We have also introduced Power Hour. During these times, you can earn more points towards cash, the store and buy-ins into tournaments.

    John you made my day!! I even love the little ( old UB ) next to the classic... Now if you could get the client to stop freezing when I open lobbies I might fly down there and kiss you!
