New plo tournament on UB

    This tourney has been much requested by many of the online players and Annie has added it to our schedule. This now has a 15k Guarantee, and I know UB will raise it and be agressive with it once it look like it will be easy to make the guarantee.
    Good Luck to all the pocketfivers in this one and keep kickin ass at the WSOP, hope to see ya at the UB party on July 1st.

    Just noticed this... looks like fun

    $150 plo 8/b doublestack at 3:30

    I played the double stack 40$ to check it out last week and liked it.

    you get 2500 chips to start and any time in the first hour you can add another 2500 regardless of you stack size. The extra chips are already included in your original buy in so its not a rebuy. Kind of a cool concept.

    Ya I am stoked about this new omaha tourny. Plz don't tell me that the 5k guar PLO 40 doublestack at 11 pm has already vanished. It had already become my favorite tourny on UB but I went to play it the other night and I couldn't find it.

    thanks we got it! except no one plays plo 8/b tourneys and most people only play UB on sunday... until u got rid of the $500 f/o, but keep cluttering the forums

    See my post below....i was sooo in love with that thing, come home from work smoke great weed, go for a surf, smoke some more great weed, then play a little plo at 8. That was the good life.

    Yes it has been converted to a nightly satty. Plz see if you can bring it back though Annie. The nightly satty is cool and all but plz see if you can bring back the 40 PLO double stack also. They can make the guar 3k and I think it would cover at that amount.

    good move, lol.

    Please bring back some sort of plo HI rebuy, with a guarantee, during the evening. Much like we talked about in the PMs exchanged between us. Not everyone is around during the day to play the 3k 10r, and that is a great tourney that is a lot o fun. Thanks

    I wish there wasn't the feeling that the normal tournaments needed to be turned into satellites. I am sure I am not the only one who would much rather play a regular tourney than a satty at the same buy-in.

    For some reason I can't stop laughing. And who plays plo 8/b besides total degens? I mean at least make it a straight PLO hi tournament to appeal to NL tournament players.

    The problem is that I put them up and then people don't come in play them. If the tournament doesn't have an audience it is hard to justify. I will consider putting up the 40+4 again but with a really small guarantee. As long as no one cares that it is guaranteed for less than 100 players I will certainly make it a strong consideration.

    There was a vote on this very site and the vote went to PLO8. So I guess the majority of players on P5's are degens? lol
