New Turbo MTT's on Stars Today ONLY

    There was a thread a few days ago about wanting more turbo MTT's on stars, and Stars has listened (or at least its a coincidence). The lobbies say that these are not part of the regular schedule - but they do solicit you for feedback on the structure. So let's get in there and give them the feedback. Briefly (and I posted this in the earlier thread - which is now Page 3).

    1:30 PM EST - $16.50 turbo
    5:30 PM EST - $16.50 turbo
    8:30 PM EST - $7.70 turbo
    11:45 PM EST - $27.50 turbo
    (and last night, they had a $16.50 at 8:30 PM EST - please bring that back).

    Couple of the levels - much slower - 5 minutes per level - 2000 starting chips
    Level 1 - 10/20
    Level 5 - 30/60
    Level 7 - 50/100 Ante 10
    Level 13 - 175/300/45
    Level 17 - 500/100/125
    Level 24 - 2500/5000/625

    Great amount of play early on - blinds 150/300/40 at last level of 1st hour (vs. 500/1000/100 in normal turbo structure).

    Last nights 8:30 EST event got 718 people, and it took just over 3 hours to complete (which is reasonable for us East Coast 9-5'ers).

    They had pretty much the same schedule yesterday except they were all 16.50 buy-ins as opposed to the 7.70 and 27.50. Looks like they are experimenting with different things and seeing what gets the best response. I love the fact that they start with 2000 chips. I am a huge fan of these and I sent them an e-mail letting them know. Please e-mail them feedback if you are one of the people who always cosign the threads about turbo mtts.

    they really should just pack like 28942747382 tournaments into the schedule. people apparently play them all anyway, so who cares...add them stars.

    I am glad that they made the 8:30 a $7.70 turbo. This makes this accessable to alot more players like my self. Big money in a few hours with a great new structure, making for a better tourney. Good job stars...

    hoping they add more turbos.....anybody remember a few months ago like every tuesday night when they had like 15 turbos in like 6 hours, all types of poker. that was good, they need that back.
