    I would not trust that site for my life. Total PR for the industry.

    Reuters had a follow up article about an hour after this posted article, with an aide to Frist saying that it still might come up before the August recess.

    Plus, THERE ARE 8 WEEKS IN A CONGRESSIONAL SESSION AFTER THE AUGUST RECESS.

    This bill is alive and well.

    I need to stop caring that you guys get this stuff so wrong, but honestly, a tiny bit of fact checking before posting stuff like this would go a long, long way.
