    Is there any online poker players that still grind a profit online without the aid of software or even taking player notes on players?

    But yes, I am sure there are. They just probably profit less. Many tournament grinders don't use software because it doesn't help a ton for tournament (compared to cash games). Notes on the other hand... I don't really use too many, just if someone does something really strange. I am sure there are people who don't bother at all.

    I have PT3 and try to use it as much as i can. Problem is with PT3 (for me anyway) is it crashes every 45 minutes it seems, so i usually just get tilted and turn it off, and i have never taken a note on a player ever. I am by no means a baller but i have taken far more money from poker than i have put in.

    i use no software and have no notes and usually play 10-20 tables at a time and still make a profit

    i dont use pt3(although im think about it) and i used to take notes all the time until I realized it was a waste of time in liu of the fact that pokerstars stores all the notes on MY PC and since iv started playing poker I think iv been through like 4 or 5 different PC not even sure how many laptops iv been through sop NOTE are a waste for me. i used to annoy me when i knew i made a note on a player and i didnt see it, turns out i either made it on my Desktop and i was playong on my laptop or vice versa, VERY ANNOYING.... Iv done fine without.

    if you can afford to use a HUD i dont see why you wouldn't, its just addition information.

    i don't use notes or software and still make a profit...patrik antonius doesn't use software and i think he makes money ;-)...honestly im so bad setting up computer software, if someone would set up the software for me i would use it but i don't know how...i can set up the software but i don't know how to get the HUD to work

    Afford? It costs like $70 and is a one time fee. If you can't afford one , you prolly shouldn't be tryig to take poker seriously in the first place

    Dont you me is english the national language of Australia, yes it is, unless your Aboriginal then its there own dialect.
