    Seat 8: Jason DeWitt – 400,000 (10 BBs)
    Seat 9: David “Bakes” Baker – 1,850,000 (46 BBs)

Really hope Gboro ships this but alot of people to cheer for here...

  2. This is how they got down to 9 handed. Shorr had about 1.4 million and Carrol had 750K.

Carlos Mortensen raises under the gun to 95,000, Shannon Shorr reraises from the small blind to 275,000, and James Carroll moves all in from the big blind. Mortensen moves all in over the top, and Shorr quickly calls all in.

    Shannon Shorr: AA
    James Carroll: KK
    Carlos Mortensen: QQ

The board comes J8210K, and since Mortensen is the only player with a spade, he wins the entire pot with a queen-high spade flush.

Shannon Shorr and James Carroll are both eliminated, and with a simultaneous elimination at the next table (details coming soon), it is a three-way tie for 10th place.

    Carlos Mortensen - 4,500,000 (112 BBs)
Shannon Shorr - Out in 10th Place ($63,410)
James Carroll - Out in 10th Place ($63,410)

My post was to a different thread. Mods must have moved it to here, taking my post out of context. Kind of really annoying, but whatever.

Edit: By the way, I'm not an OTer.... 99% of my posts are in Discussion.

  8. He wasn't refering to that, I posted the AA, KK, QQ hand in a thread of it's own and it was moved here.

  9. Hand #14: Allen Cunningham Eliminated in 8th Place ($130,750)

    Level 26: 20,000-40,000, 5,000 ante
Amir Lehavot raises to 90,000 on the button and Allen Cunningham reraises to 230,000 out of the small blind. Lehavot moves all-in, having Cunningham's 1.1 million-chip stack covered.

Cunningham calls with A10 and he has Lehavot's Q10 in bad shape until the JJ4 flop gives Lehavot a flush draw. Lehavot completes his flush with the 9 on the turn, but Cunningham is still drawing live, as he holds the A.

The river brings the 5 and Lehavot's flush takes the pot while Cunningham heads home in 8th place.

    Amir Lehavot - 4,650,000 (116 BBs)
Allen Cunningham - eliminated in 8th place ($130,750)

  10. Hoping for Gboro!!! TID

Sorry about the OTer comment. Whatever thread you meant to post it in it's still just breeding negativity and general douchiness. A better way to spend your time would be to head to the closest dispensary, if you don't have your card I'll be happy to send some your north for ya. Gotta love CO
  12. Day 5 Ends with Mortensen and Rajkumar on Top

    Level 26: 20,000-40,000, 5,000 ante

It took less than six hours for the field to shrink from a star-studded final eighteen to the six who will be seated at Thursday's televised final table.

It was an action-packed day complete with coolers, multi-way all-ins, and some shifts in Fortune. In the end, the day ended with two players who know what it is like to be in the WPT winner's circle: Carlos Mortensen and Vivek Rajkumar.

The two will be neck and neck for the chip lead when the final table gets underway at 4pm on Thursday. Mortensen is on top at the moment with 5,235,000 to Rajkumar's 5,185,000.

Mortensen will be making his fifth career WPT final table appearance and going for a record-setting and unprecedented fourth WPT title. Rajkumar is going for his second WPT win after taking down the Borgata Poker Open in Season VII.

Joining them at the final table are four players making their WPT debut: Amir Lehavot, Gregory Brooks, Darryll Fish, and Steve Gross. There is not a weak spot at this final table, as all six players are full time poker professionals.

When play resumes on Thursday, blinds will be at 25,000-50,000 ante 5,000. Here are how the chip counts and seat assignments will break down at the final table:
    Seat 1: Vivek Rajkumar - 5,185,000 (104 BBs)
    Seat 2: Darryll Fish - 2,275,000 (46 BBs)
    Seat 3: Gregory Brooks - 2,300,000 (46 BBs)
    Seat 4: Amir Lehavot - 4,115,000 (82 BBs)
    Seat 5: Steve Gross - 1,320,000 (26 BBs)
    Seat 6: Carlos Mortensen - 5,235,000 (105 BBs)
