When I log on to stars i get a pop up dialog box that says they are unable to send me emails for any of a number of reasons (my mailbox is full, they've been spammed or blocked, etc.). Stars emails have worked fine for several years for me but apparently stopped working. I've been able to send emails to support on this matter, but they can only reply through a pop up dialog box when i log on. I'm using Outlook 2007 and I've verified that I have @pokerstars.net listed as a safe sender. I've gone through all of my SPAM folders and I have nothing from Stars. Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions? I really don't want to change my email address, my domain, or my ISP. Thanks a lot. Hope somebody can help.

A. Put Poker Stars in your contacts list with their web address and email address in the appropriate spaces.
b. if you have pokerstars.net as a safe site maybe you should put pokerstars.com as a safe site.
C. Go directly to your email provider in-box and see what is set up there (put them in you safe sites there) and check to see if it's over loaded. Sometimes outlook doesn't clear the provider email when you process it in Outlook.
D. Check the cashier on stars and make sure your email is correctly spelled and formated -
Play money emails?? Change your allowed sites to pokerstars.com.

Thanks. Great idea about my provider email configurations... hadn't considered that. I'll check these right away.
