1. just got an email from nucharge saying they cant complete an ach payout that i had requested 38 days ago.

Bodonkey cs tells me i must use nucharge for payouts, since i put it in that way. they tell me i gotta close my nucharge, use a different deposit method, and wait 3 months before i can get checks again. what kind of chit is that? anyone gotten around this?

anyone done the bank wire?

2. nucharge is def bootleg company, I got an atm card and it wokrs about 3 days outta the week, i suggest try that even though fees are steep, ive also used bankwire option and that took about week, i suggest canceling nucharge account, and just get cheks from dog
3. The same think happened to me. If you do a bankwire, ask for them to reduce the fee's on it since they put you through all this hassle. They did that for me.
4. Sabonis,

I have been going thru the same thing trying to get some of vegasvagrant's money out. We originally had set the transaction as a Bodog check but they switched it to Nucharge because his initial deposit was thru them. I did the ACH request 8/31 and still have nothing to show for it except an angry vagrant.
5. Is anyone able to log onto Nucharge right now or is their site down? I can't seem to get on.
6. it's down. and now im nervous.
7. Shakiest fcking company I have ever seen. Something literally goes down for them everyday. I squeeze my butt cheeks real tight everytime I try to do any business with them.
8. wow this is crazy.... can anyone get on Nucharge?
9. fucking bodog made me withdrawl via Nucharge. Now i have 5 figures sitting with this shady company. God, I hope I get my money. and no atm card.
10. Bodog no longer offers this method for deposits on their website
11. I still have Nucharge available in the cashier... not sure what you are looking at Mort but Nucharge is still an option I think.
12. nucharge is sssooooooo gay...
1day they tell me atm cards will take 10days next they tell me cards will take 6 to 8 weeks someone tells me 10 working the next day.
tell ach checks will be 20 days all of a sudden 30 working days...all of a sudden its 20 again.
they say bank wire will take 10 working days...next 2 days i call them they say 15 working days.
nucharge's purpose in life is pretty much help players deposit and withdraw....
nucharge sucks at letting ppl withdraw...
do they even work??
i know no one uses them for phone time....they prob rape u in fees in that area 2.

nucharge is awful...i just hope this doesn't affect bodogs traffic cause its gotten pretty bad compared to what it was a few months ago

13. they started off great. I had a few cashouts go smooth and so did a few of my friends. Slowly they just got worse and worse to the point where its just ridiculous now. So if i wanted to cash out via check instead of nucharge i would have to wait 3 months? Why is that?

14. My correspondence with Bodog re: only W/Ding via nucharge:

BODOG:
Your payout request has been processed via NUcharge. Note that as
per payout policies, when depositing by NUcharge, your payouts will also be
processed through the same method.

ME:

Excuse me for being blunt, but are you kidding me? Was my original
response even read? I have been a VERY long-standing active member of
the Bodog community, and have always been duely impressed with your
level of customer service. I'm sorry, but a standardized response will
not suffice in this instance.

Nucharge has yet to transfer me my $*k withdrawal from 9/11/07. I DO
NOT trust them with my money any longer, and it is absurd that a Bodog
customer who has deposited and withdrawn many many times over the past
3 years can suddenly only receive withdrawals via a shady 2nd party
that has been legitamitely questioned in public forums since the start
of their relationship with Bodog.

Please have the $*k that was transferred to Nucharge without my
consent put back into my Bodog account, and send me a check by courier <!-- D(["mb","\u003cbr\>of the same amount, as I originally requested. BODOG:

Dear Mr. Halper,

Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.

We appreciate and welcome any feedback you may have about our payout methods. We understand your frustrations with NUcharge, we have been in contact with them in the past few weeks. Nucharge has let us know that they are expanding their service department and customer care so that they may better serve their clients.

As earlier stated we are in agreement with NUcharge that if a client uses their service to make deposits we will use them to send all payouts also.

These terms you also agreed to at the time you made you deposit with NUcharge. If you would like to view the ewallet terms of agreement you can follow the link provided: https://www.bodoglife.com/help/financial/ewallet-terms-of-agreement.jsp

If you are having an issue contacting customer service at NUcharge we will be happy to have someone contact them on your behalf and have them contact you.

Best Regards,
Customer Service
