    My BR just broke the 1000 dollar mark from the lowly 100 bucks I deposited on FT. Since last fall I have been grinding first dollar games...then following advice from P5s I started playing 2 dollar games when I broke the 300 dollar mark.
    Now I will be moving up again. The posts on how to play hands are invaluable and I want to thank everyone here for posting. And for all the great advice.
    The hardest thing about playing the micro stakes are the horrendous beats that you take...Once you learn to take the one and two outer beats with out letting it affect you to much...the games get much easier to beat.
    Tonight I got a beat that just left me scratching my head...I had AA, raised 4.5x bb because of limpers in the pot. Was callled...the flop was rags rainbow. I bet 3/4s of the pot...and he shoves...I call. To find he has a 10 8 off suit. He had nothing,,not even any draws...course the turn and river were runner runner 8s. But what kind of donk calls that raise with 10 8 off suit...then shoves with absolutely nothing.
    It is so common to see this sort of play though. The people who say that the micro stakes are harder to beat than higher limits...just dont get it.

    its true though. higher limits and micro are completely different. lower limits you have to play straight forward and overbet/value bet the hell out of people because they will call literally anything and everything. once you get the hang of it though, winning gets easier
