  1. The charity is for lymphoma research, not sure the exact foundation though. 45% of the prize pool goes to the charity.

The tournament is a rebuy with really interesting structure I think:

$100 buy in, unlimited rebuys for $40 for the whole tournament, $20 add on at the first break.

Not sure how many chips for start / rebuy / add-on so I'll reply to this thread when I find out.

PM me to find out where, when, and how to RSVP (no walk-ins).

  2. I found the flyer, it says "Fundraiser Poker Tournament Benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society"

I asked about stack size, and he tells me he hasn't decided yet but he'd like to set it up to last around 5 hours. Last year, the prize pool was more than $7K.

Oh, and your buy in is tax deductible since this is a charity.

  3. I've been asked where this will be held in PM, so I thought I'd tell the rest of the OKC people (plus bump the thread as a bonus) :)

I didn't include the actual location because the organizer doesn't want it public. When you RSVP for the tourney (via phone), he tells you where it will be.

I also forgot to mention that this tourney ran last year and the prize pool was over $7K
