Omaha Low Hand Question - can someone explain

    2Hotti here.

    Just started playing Omaha 8 Hi Lo

    Can figure out why i didn't win low.

    board was: 3h 4h Td 8h 2h

    I had: 7h Ac Ts 2c

    My low hand is A2 from my hand 348 from board

    I lost to 23456 to my opponent

    Can someone explain?

    you got counterfeited on the river...when counting low you go from highest to lowest...so since your hand is 8432A and his is 65432, his is lower because his low starts with a 6 (which is lower than your 8)

    No he didn't. In Omaha you use two from your hand and three from the board.

    OP: This works like Razz. So 76543 is a better low than 8432A. Match up your highest low card with their highest low card and start down from there.

    Hate to call you out but he used A7 from his hand and 234 from the board (you can see for yourself in the HH) :P

    The easy way to remember if you have the nut lo with a2 is if any of those cards is paired you could be fucked unless u have other low cards. So always assume ur stuffed if ur Ace or 2 pair and u don;t have 345 in ur hand
