    For 6 max Omaha it really depends on the stakes that your playing, because at the lower limits there are many more players in the flop then at the higher limits. For low stakes anything under .10/.25 i think seeing 70-80% of flops is okay...For mid-stakes .10/.25 to .5/1 I would recommend lowering that to around 50-60% of flops...
    Don't be too concerned about the actual percentage because it will vary greatly based on table dynamics. A good tip is to see before you open up a table what percentage of players are seeing the flop and tighten up a bit from that number.
    I would put more emphasis on making sure your in good position (some omaha players say there favorite starting hand is any four cards in position), and making sure your playing to the nuts...
