Since your cards fill the gaps, all your str8 outs are the nuts. If you hit a [7] [9] [T] you gain outs to improve to a redraw fullhouse when you complete your str8.

    Bet the PSB and take it down. If you're called re-evaluate, on the turn. You've got position on the table. Betting PSB should at least narrow your competition.

    To put it another way:
    Pot the fucker and call the check raise. If the turn doesn't pair the board, pot it again.
