No I dont think thats correct. i believe stars has done that to certain players for any reason they see fit. if im not wrong their was a thread here about a week and a half ago that stated that the poster was banned by pokerstars , but would be reinstated, but would have to comply with a bunch a of rules everytime he was to receive or send a transfer(Im not talking about imp)

I'm not backing him up or any kind of cheating, but seriously, if I were in his spot and saw your post, I would literally laugh.
