its not garbage drama when the community wants answers to why a respected poster and pro player is banned from yet another site. lots of ppl looked up to sorel before he was banned from tilt and im sure lots of those ppl continued to look up to him after his public apology. its wrong to think that the community doesnt deserve an explanation of his actions.

Plus weren't some players still allowed to play but not do transfers because they were knows associates?

LMFAO why the fuck do you think the P5's community "deserves" anything from him. I'm not backing him up or any kind of cheating, but seriously, if I were in his spot and saw your post, I would literally laugh. What gives you the right to play police and "force" him to to publicly apologize to a bunch of low stakes players who never have and never will play with him. Oh, because of ethics. And yes, I know there are ppl on here who play with him, but most of the fucking morons who patrol these types of threads are just people who want to throw their 2 cents out there, yet feel the need to prove something although their largest score is $34 and don't play anything higher than a $10 fo. In closing, you are a complete fucking retard to think that he "owes" something to any online message board.

No I dont think thats correct. i believe stars has done that to certain players for any reason they see fit. if im not wrong their was a thread here about a week and a half ago that stated that the poster was banned by pokerstars , but would be reinstated, but would have to comply with a bunch a of rules everytime he was to receive or send a transfer(Im not talking about imp)

you bash ppl for their 2 cents and you ramble on more then anyone thus far. forums like this, and post like these, have played a large roll in cleaning up online poker. From the absolute ub scandal to multi accounting, online poker forums have played a huge roll in putting pressure on sites to keep their integrity.

Yes, posts with credible evidence such as the MASSIVE amount of statistics and data that came out from UB/AP scandal are very useful and informative. I have yet to see this AT ALL in this thread, let alone a single reply from him. Maybe tomorrow I'll start a thread about AJKHoosier being a superuser/multiaccounter/flying magic carpet driver and see how many replies I can get...

thats the type of thing that someone who did make that account to post this would say

<pre><tt>Hello,
PokerStars has become aware of an instance in a tournament in which
a player "handed off" his seat to a different player, deep in the
event. This is in violation of our tournament rules, and that
player has been disqualified. All players who were eliminated
prior to the disqualified player have been bumped up in standing,
which results in some players being due a larger tournament award.
Because you were involved in this tournament, T# 109333194, you
have been advanced in the prize table and your account has been
credited accordingly. You can see the amount of your credit from
the PokerStars cashier, using the "History" feature.
Due to our privacy policy we are not at liberty to further identify
the individual who was disqualified nor to discuss the matter in
greater detail. After careful review we have permanently closed
the offending players' account and have implemented measures to
prevent the players from playing on the site using any other account.
The integrity of the games at PokerStars is of paramount importance to
us and we will not abide unfair play in our games. We work hard to
police our games to assure our players of a fair, secure place to
play. In the rare cases where collusion has actually occurred, we
make sure that any players affected are compensated appropriately.
Thank you for your continued play here on PokerStars. Please do not
hesitate to let us know any time we can be of help.
