One thing to be made clear about sites going down

    Some of you may not think this, so I'm telling you just to make sure that you are aware:

    If sites close down due to the recent happenings YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY. Almost a guarentee. They would be just shutting down all transactions and usage of their sites to USA, but you will be able to get the money in your account sent back.

    Sidenote : I am referring to the main sites and reputable ones. Smaller sites you should be worried about as they could very well be using player's money for upkeep and other costs, thus have a "bank run" if everyone tries cashing out.

    No offense at all man, but I dont think that your word is going to comfort anyone that has a substantial amount of money locked up in a site right now.

    The fact is.... you dont know for sure. U.S. based companies shut down and rip people off, I'm sure it can happen internationally as well.

    Hustlr, like he said, they ARE NOT shutting down. They are just locking out US players. So when you say "U.S.based companies shut down and rip people off, I'm sure it can happen internationally as well," that is not the same thing.

    Just think about how big a deal it would be if, say a big Costa Rican site, closed down to US people, and kept all their money.

    This would never happen as the US likes for their citizens to have their(taxable) money
