    I HAVE SENT YOU 11 EMAILS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIEVED ONE RESPONSE! I NEED MY VALADATION CODE/LINK TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.

    ive had a hard time recieveing emails from ultimatebet when i try to do it from my account on there website; however, they respond most of the time to the messages i send directly from my email account. Hopefully that helps u out.

    your email is probably blocked by the schools spam filter check the blocked messages in the firewall acct folder

    Basically UB cust serv sbd!!!!! Same thing, Had an open issue with them, and they did not respond until 10 days later.

    honestly, i'd start by not shouting. ub is run by people, who in my experience are mostly reasonable. nobody likes to be yelled at, whether they've been unresponsive before or not.

    I once had a problem with UB, and I sent very rational, calm, well-written emails to them and they didn't respond. I sent one a day for 13 days straight and I finally got a response on the 14th day. Bodog responds within the hour. Wonder where I play now..........
