  1. I think I should have raised instead of called pre-flop, and I should have went all in in one go so it was harder to call. I'd love to hear what you guys/girls have to say as I'm new to the game and want to improve. Thanks!

  2. You played it correct. it just a bad beat
  3. I shove Pre 100% of the time here, especially on 10BBs. If not check shove flop, which he's going to call you off anyway. But you're line isn't too bad either

  4. Would you have posted this if he doesn't spike the river?

Bottom line: you played it fine. Nothing wrong with shoving pre-flop, or open-shoving the flop.

  5. I think you played it wrong.

You have 8.5bb's after you post the sb. You don't have a post flop playing hand/stack. The limpers indicate they have weak hands. You have a perfect squeeze play hand. The pot is 75+ 4*150 = 675. If you manage to take it pre-flop with a squeeze, you increase your stack by 50%. You probably push the small pairs and most unsuited live cards out to improve your chances of winning if you are called.
