I'm flatting TT pre- here. However, this flop is dry enough that I'm calling the flop 100% of the time and might be playing for stacks on the right turn bet anyway. So in the whole scheme of things it is possibly a small leak and maybe a little overaggressive but you are probably going broke anyway.
Oh, and I hope you aren't asking if you should 3-bet/fold. Once you 3-bet you pretty much have to call the shove, and he has the top of his range. -
