  1. Yesterday evenings 15k Daily I busted out in 26th for $105 and I am still waiting for the award to be credited. Anyone else cash in this tourney and have a problem? I spoke to live support who couldn't help telling me the system was running smoothly and I should email support@pacificpoker.com for further investigation which I did. After 12hrs with no response I called them to find out what was happening, the support person found my email and told me they did have a problem with some accounts not being credited and it should be sorted within the next few hours. In the meantime please log out and stay logged out of the site as the award cannot be credited while logged in. LOLOL Pathetic!! Then I was informed there was a problem with some telecommunication upgrades going on and this probably caused the problem. OK, Fine I can accept that but how long should it take to credit an award? Surely it is a case of either can or cant credit the award NOT somewhere in the middle as the problem didnt affect everyone who cashed. As usual the little guy is made to suffer while the big guy sorts out his problems!! And I cant even play while I wait!! What a fuking joke site!! Heres a copy of their eventual email response which actually came after I spoke to them and my original email sent shortly after the tourney ended. Dear James, Thank you for contacting me at Pacific Poker. As per our telephone conversation James, I have sent your details on to our Technical Department who will be able to track down and manually credit your winnings for you. In the meantime James, please refrain from logging in to your account as the Technical team will not be able to credit your winnings whilst you are logged in. As soon as we know that this has been sorted for you, we will be in touch straight away to let you know. I apologise for the inconvenience this must e causing you James, and we will be in touch as soon as possible. 3. This seems highly unusual for Pacific. I have played there for 18 months and win tourneys almost every day (mostly SNG's with a couple of MTT's over that period). My winnings are typically posted to my account immediately. I track my entry fees and payouts in a spreadsheet and verify the amounts (their balance vs. mine) after every session, so any anomoly would show up right away.

I do recall a couple of times, about a year ago, when I wasn't credited for my winnings immediately. However, email/calls to support always cleared the problem up within 24 hours. The time lag is probably due to the time zone difference more than anything else. I have found the support people on the phone to be pleasant, but not particularly helpful. Email is definitely the way to get things done.

The part that seems most unusual about your situation is the advice from them to stay logged out while they figure things out. I've never heard of this before. When I had the problems mentioned above, I continued to play. Eventually, their account balance and mine matched up again. My only guess is that maybe they detected some unusual activity (possible collusion, etc.) by people at one of your tables and they want to "freeze time" to investigate further. I'm not suggesting that you did anything suspicious. But, if anybody else did, they would want to analyze the actions of the entire table.

Good luck and let me know how this works out.
  4. I too have played here for a very long time and only continue to play here because of the profit it has earned me, there are no other benefits to this site, no real overlays, no multi tabling an eternity to cash out I could go on! As for collusion im sure I would have noticed and as I have already stated Pacific support did admit to having a problem with awards last night. Time zones should not be a problem, 888.com are based in Gibraltar and i'm in the UK. As for the not playing bit, personally I think this is ridiculous but as you can see from their email i'm not making it up! As yet still no credit or email informing me I can log in again :(

  5. Great all sorted.... Guess it all depends who deals with your query, within 45 minutes of calling support again and speaking to a much more helpful person the money was in my account. GG Pacific.
