paper check response...this suckssss

    funny thing is i e-mailed them about my first check...which they confirmed was sent out the 16th...

    I'm sorry that you haven't yet received your cheque. The delay is due
    to the postal service and unfortunately it isn't under our control. I
    can confirm that your cheque was mailed on 4/22/2008.

    I would like to assure you that your money is safe. We mail a number
    of cheques every week, and we always ensure that every player receives
    their money, even if it does take a little longer because of postal
    delays.

    We request that players allow 15 business days to receive their
    cheques. This isn't a guarantee, but a guideline. We make sure that we
    mail cheques as soon as possible so that they should arrive within 15
    business days of your cashout request, but once they're actually
    mailed, it's up to the postal service to deliver them. Unfortunately
    mail can be lost or delayed by the postal service.

    We request that you allow a few more business days for your cheque to
    arrive. If your cheque hasn't arrived by May 13th please email us
    and let us know. We will then forward your email to our Payments Dept.
    to have the cheque cancelled and the funds returned to your PokerStars
    account. Please note that this process may take a few business days to
    complete.

    Yeah, they'll put it back into your account and then you cash out again... SAME THING. wtf is wrong with some of you people? That's exactly what I would expect them to do.

    I think you guys are so fast to trash the OP because you are so busy sucking on stars hind teet that you missed a very important fact in this post.

    First, look at the first response, it says "your cheque was sent 4/16"

    Second, look at the second response, it says "Your cheque was mailed on 4/22"

    WTF, are you people too stupid to even see that?

    so i can cash out again and wait another 15 business days making it about 2 months before i get my first check..yea why wouldnt they do that..what a great fucking idea...thank you mhoddi for making everything so clear...now swallow scrape metal
