    Well, this tournament is finally getting close. I leave on Sunday.

    Who else is going from pocketfives?

    First time going to Atlantis, anyone who's been have any advice?

    Should I bring my laptop? I'd only bring it if they have in room connection (a good connection).

    I was there in January and pretty much every nite the lobby was filled with laptop poker players playing tournaments online........so I'll be taking my laptop again.

    Other than that, just look forward to a beautiful resort and a great time

    I'm in monday am as well, you can get connection in the room, sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad, I noticed talking to other players, that if you are on the road side the connection is worse, if your room is facing the lagoon or the beach it was better for some reason, there was always 3 or 4 network connections that you can find. but it was good in the lobby. The resort is unbelieveable though should be a much better time now that the weather will be hot and the water should be great. Make sure you bring extra $$ the food and drinks are very expensive there......

    I arrive tomorrow (Saturday) at 1 ish. I'll be the guy sleeping on the beach cos I dont have a room for Sat night. oops. Someone come kick me awake.

    lol. I leave at 11 am from boston on Sunday. I'll be the one with a wife and 3 kids in tow, the baby is staying with my parents....
