party account frozen. anyone from party support that can help me out?

    Long story short,

    the account name is biblo22. When i was playing for play money all my details were fake except my name. I eventually decided that i wanted to deposit 100 dollars on to the site and test it out. This meant that i had to change the fake details so they matched my credit card details. From here i got no idea whats wrong but i'm assuming its got something to do with the fake info i had before.

    Wouldn't mind getn up and running asap, ive emailed support but its takin too long.

    To be fair, I would like to defend party and say that gary's post was innapropriate. They are not stupid, and they can definitely read. However they read indian and not english. Sigh.........

    F 45 minute phone calls to party support.

    yeh i would phone, but party helps every country except australia so that doesnt help either,
    they should get a live chat thing.

    I'm just hoping they dont make me prove that i am me and not not me, if that makes any sense

    yeah, play at pokerstars or ultimatebet if your lookin to play for real money. party is for cockroaches :)

    well ive already deposited 100 to test it out but i aint getting much testing done with the account frozen. I;m hoping ppl keep replyin to this thread so that someone from party might eventually stumble upon it.

    good luck to u, but next time when setting up an account, put your real info. put urgent in the subject box an your email. they will probably make u fax them your info though during business hours.

    email em urgent, and ask all that stuff, im not sure. tell em you'll fax your lisence and utility bill. no clue what the business hours are. its 2:45AM were i am, lol.

    my account was first frozen because I did not answer a phone call after first depositing. I called them up and cleared it up in 5 minutes

    when i called i was telling them my info every time i would use the letter I they would go I as in INDIA it was the funniest shit ever
