  1. I had some money in partypoker that I just now cashed out. They sent me a check but my bank said no US banks can cash it since it is a european routing number. Does anyone have any idea what I can do. I emailed party and they said check is the only option for US players to withdrawl. I guess I shouldnt have forgotten about the $$ in my party account heh.
  2. LOL
  3. how much was it for?
  4. why the hell can't they take a european routing number? what the hell do big companies do then when they sell shit, find a world/fed bank
  5. obv ur dealing with a small town bank. Bank of AMerica allows foreign checks all day long. But if this isnt the case, try just depositing, waiting for it to clear, then withdraw. Sound like ur trying to get immed cash? Can maybe understand if thats the case...
  6. I tried lasalle and Hunington. They said no bank would take the check because a european routing number. It seems wierd.

  7. 101 miles?
  8. They dont let you search like that. It tells you to enter the zip code or city/state. I tried my city and then Detroit since thats probably the biggest city near me and I guess there is no Bank of America around here. Ill just try some other banks

  9. Too many variables & not enough information. Is it written in $E or $US? Is it written from a European bank or from Gibraltar? Most European banks are now doing business in the USA so you could always try to find the same bank. Tell us the closest major city from you & I will find you a place to cash/deposit it?

By the way, does it say party Gaming on the check?
  10. Its in US dollars. The Check doesnt say party anywhere. Says Paytech international and Barclays bank

  11. Where the hell do you live that you can't find a worldwide bank?
  12. amscot should take it.
  13. I can't remember for sure though I thought the routing number (foreign) also indicated the currency involved. All the majors will accept foreign checks, Citi, BOA, Wach, Bank One, Feet, etc. Your brokerage account will also take them (Schwab, Lynch, Prudential).
