    Almost four full tables at stars right now, but nobody playing. They are just sitting there waiting for Haris.

    Even my buddy tsifknits sat there the other day trying to get a game going. When no one would sit in he typed: "lame." Couldn't have said it better myself.

    nobody wants to play hu with tsifknits or play in a 3 handed game with durrr and ilvdnfl if they like money and like variance of playin regs.

    Don't be surprised when he goes to Full Tilt when he relaizes he can play with people with class at high stakes.

    it is too bad, those stakes are fun to watch. i know it's game selection, but do they all feel they are even?

    Stars should sign Haris to Team pokerstars. First, I'd actually know who he is, and second, he is the only reason they have 200/400 games to begin with.

    Why do people get so upset about the high stakes players waiting for a fish to play? This is like the 4th or 5th time that I have seen a thread or a post talking about how the high stakes players are pussies or pathetic or whatever for not wanting to play one another. If you have a problem with this, then you simply don't understand game selection, which is like the most basic concept in poker. I can't even fathom how stupid you would have to be to have enough interest in poker to sign up and post on pocket fives before you have been able to comprehend basic game selection.

    With the "game selection argument" you guys make them sound like fund managers. They're not. They're poker players. If they don't feel they can beat another player, then why would we not berate them as we do players at lower limits, telling them to sign up to CardRunners or PXF? They should be expected to improve their reads, change up their play.

    You don't see name pros backing down from each other in tournament or cash play broadcast on network TV. Can you imagine if Hellmuth said, "I ain't sitting down against Farha." Yeah, right...

    I'm not convinced these players, for the most part, are much better than players at lower limits. I've seen players defend themself against ADZ's admonishments by typing "I'm scared money."

    LOLOLOLOLOLOL. So you really think that all of the "name pro" just sit down and play each other without considering the limits and the other players in the game? That is so naive that it is laughable. I really hope that you are really 12 years old for your sake. Also you picked a horrible example to try and "prove" your flawed argument, there are many games that Hellmuth won't sit down in because he doesn't have an edge. The guys in Bobb's Room lick their chops on the rare occasions that he does play.
    Finally, not all poker players are gambling degens and almost all of the players at the top made it their through making wise and prudent decisions, with the most important of those decisions being game selection. Stop watching movies about Stu Unger and learn how the real poker world works before you start making such ridiculous statements. You have nothing to add to this forum so gtfo and go learn something about poker.
