When I 1st started using Paytru, I was recieving my elec-withdrawls, within a matter of hours...
my latest withdrawl ($350... requested Sat afternoon) is still not in my account...
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing slow pay-tru service?
seems to me... if they're gonna take 3-4 days to make a withdrawal...
I should skip the expensive fees and just request checks
(which prompty arrive in 5-7 days... with no fees)
anyway...
If you've had to wait 3 (or more) days for a pay-tru withdrawal
please chime in and lemme know
likewise: if you made a pay-tru withdrawal last weekend that was quickly processed...
I'd also be interested in hearing bout that too... -
I just checked , by making a small withdrawal from stars and had no prblem was in account immediately
-
$xxxx.00 will be submitted for processing to your Visa Debit account ().
Please allow 72 hours for processing of Visa cashouts
Mid 4 figure cash out and stars Cashier says 72 hours.
It has not been 24 hrs and is still not there.... duh
I think Stars delays the larger cashouts as a security measure. -
First of all, it says it can take up to 3 days and Im sure thats not counting Sun...secondly,dont assume requesting a check will always mean it is there in 5 days...My 2 I did a month ago were but my last one took 2.5 weeks.
-
I've made 4 withdrawals on paytru. One took over night, while the other three happened within 3 hours of requesting.. No problems using the ATM either..
-
Here is the bottom line on the time differences. You draw your own asumptions.
Thank you for your email.
Your cashout is currently undergoing a routine security review (all
cashouts which are above the amount players have deposited go through
this). This can take up to 72 hours. There are no problems with this
cashout, and we do not anticipate that it will encounter any problems.

Part of the TOS is money laundering, if you are withdrawing more than you have deposited they want to make sure that you are withdrawing winnings and not transfers. -
63 hours and counting...
If this withdrawl doesn't show up in the 72 hour time frame..
I'll think twice before using paytru again

I'm not real pleased with the $4 atm fee (a fee which was originally supposed to be $2sumthin) + whatever the atm charges... usually costs $6+ to make a withdrawal from atm.... not to mention the $3.50 monthly charge
In the future... I'll lean towards, letting PS eat the fees/postage/etc when processing my cashout via CHECK -
Relax,Conjure...you are making too much of it.
-
maybe.... deep breath... count to 10.......
-
The fee is $2.50, I dont know where you got $4 from, Dont start counting the hours until Monday morning when business hours start also, Im pretty sure that 72 hours doesnt include weekends
-
>>>I dont know where you got $4 from,
Uh...
They're charging me $4 per atm withdrawal
they've done it every time I've made a withdrawal via atm
(that's only the paytru fee...)
am I the only one getting the shaft here?
anyone else just paying $2.50? -
I pay $2.50 at the ATM and $1 at Stores, My wife bought groceries with it Sunday. Also, I cant believe the ATM doesnt charge me for using it, weird.
-
Note: I pay the $2-2.50 atm fee... PLUS the $4 paytru fee
-
Holy Cow, thats nuts. I wouldnt be happy neither, Im gonna definitely keep using the same ATM Ive been using. Also, about the checks: I requested a check on March 26th For $999.99(My bank holds checks over $1,000, lol) and I didnt get it until Friday(Apr. 13th). I asked for the Paytru on the same day and got it in like 8 days and made 4 w/d's to it before I got my check. I think the check was behind because they were changing processors or something though. Checks use to come from Wells Fargo and California, this one was drawn from Wachovia and came from Georgia.

I'm paying $2.50, and just moved to London and its $2.50 here, which is a bargain. Exchange rate seems a bit sketch though.
I'm disappointed to hear peeps havin problems with paytru, seems like a dream come true for me since I can only be in the US for 30 days this year and its tough for me to get checks, etc. -
Im with you wacky I love it. Best thing since sliced bread
