I'm pretty frustrated with UB right now. Earlier today, "Pearl Jammed" was trying to scam for money in my tourney. There were two people about to exchange money, so I told them not to and reported it to UB. It took them a couple hours to get back to me, but they did with the following:
Dear Mr. XXXXXXX,
Thank you for contacting us we really appreciate your help.
This case have been forwarded to our Security Department for further review.
Please do not hesitate to contact us back if you require further assistance or
additional information.
Best regards,
Sergio
Customer Support Department
SEVEN hours later, "Pearl Jammed" tried to scam on another tourney I was in. Where is the urgency from UB on this? I realize that the phrase Customer Support is already laughable, but can they at least take reports like this more seriously? -
They've told me several times, it's all taken care of, but I'm past believing it at all. Of course, I've never actually talked to them, but I have talked to shawn rice on AIM, and he talks directly to them. They keep telling him it's solved. There's nothing I can do. It really bugs me obviously as I have people constantly coming to my tables and asking where their money is or if they're smart, is it really me? I've also gotten PMs from several people saying they got scammed. I don't know how to reply to this except by saying I'm sorry. I would never actually ask for a trade unless it's from someone I know personally. And of course the messages he types are obviously generic scammer messages, but some people just don't get it. He's actually tried to scam on tables I've been at almost every day this week.
It's absolutely pitiful that UB can't / won't stop him. But there's just nothing more I can do.
