It might be confidential, but does anyone know what all players get when they sign on with a site? Can any signed pro's comment on this? Obv it must be a pretty good deal, but didn't know if you get money up front, or free buy-in's to tournaments or what... Thx

I remember Raymer saying awhile back that pokerstars pays him a 6 figure salary, buy-ins to events, plus bonuses for final tables wearing gear, all expenses paid for travel to tourneys to represent the site, etc...

$35/hr plus 100% of rakeback. Not sure about incentives for Final Tables and such in live events. I'm sure they are also bought into some big events as well.
May not sound like a lot but it sure adds up to a bunch.
