    I am a 32 year old husband with a 4 year old son and a child on the way in March. I never served in the armed forces, but I realize I am afforded the freedoms I have because of the sacrificies of those men/women who do serve and have served in the past.

    I just wanted to compliment Rob on the article. For a man to have such a healthy perspective after sacrificing what he has; is a testimony to the quality of people we have serving our country.

    The article reminded me to live life to the fullest and make the most of the opportunities our servicemen/women have provided for us through their sacrifices.
