  1. I feel as though the removal of the 135man Rush SNG and replacing them with the OnDemand tournaments was pretty shitty.
The OnDemand tournaments have at least double the field size and so can't really compare to the ones they are supposed to be replacing which usually took about 1.5-2 hours start to finish. If they wanted more people playing couldn't they have offered multiple 135mans at once instead of regging them one at a time?

    Does anyone agree with me?
  2. No..The on demand rush tournys are great.Bigger pay outs is always better

I think offering both would be fine. I don't think they should have replaced one with the other.

This. How about all the dead money that enters too late with no chips to work with? On Demand ftw
  6. Id cosign this.
imagine if stars turned the 12x180's into on demands type games and instead of 180 players they got 180 or 414 or 227. Some people would be like yay this is cool but mos tthe grinders would probably revolt.
when grinding a certain type of game and field size you become more accustomed to the game play and structure based on size. This screws it all up.

Thank you for saying exactly what I was trying to get across.

  8. Cosign. As OP stated, they were nice and quick. Somtimes I wouldnt feel like putting in a long session, so I'd play the 135 mans. Not an option anymore. Plus first place was still a nice payout.

Sorry no. Bigger fields = more $. I love the On Demand format.
  11. I enjoy the On Demand version. I understand the problems posted ITT by some about the varied field size which when I play I do still play the structure a bit but if they know how many are left they can probably note it somewhere what the bubble is at since the On Demands now usually payout 36 or 27 this is at the $4.4 tho so I don't have numbers on $11

    no cosign here

  12. Im just going by personal experience. The times arent that different to finish.. I have a small sample. But look its not much different if at all to finish.

  13. I love the the On-damand games. Nobody is saying get rid of it. All were asking for is the option to play 135mans OR On-demands.
  14. awful suggestion imo...the on demand pawns the old 135's more shoot off/hr and field sizes are better. For the response about not being able to adjust to the dynamic of different field sizes is LOL. If this truly negatively impacts your game I highly recommend completely re-evaluating your game and/or choice of poker in general.

    bring back 135 rush
  16. NO FING WAY. I'm a 135 rush reg and the higher variance is ok with me bc of the higher roi bc of the bigger fields. These are so much better than the old format, learn to adjust.

  17. If they bring them back they should still keep the on demand ones. Both have their advantages, but the late registration and inflated field sizes of the on demands tournaments basically just makes the prize pool bigger.
  18. I think they could offer both options is all.
I havent played much of the on demand ones. The two I played....well lets just say if they were 135 mans I would not have busted the top 100.
  19. just play the 45 man rush od...close enough
