    All those in favor of this change......

    When registering for any 215$ on pokerstars there should be an option where you should be able to register with cash and keep your step 4 tickets instead of automatically having to use the step 4 ticket to register for the event. This seems pretty dumb, I never post on here but I thought this should be taken care of.

    Good idea cwp. Agreed.

    I never really thought about it, but that's only because I never try to keep my step 4 tickets for anything other than the special step 4 into the sunday 500, or for some $215 tour. I've never tried to go to the next step.

    So yeah, I could see how this is an option that definitely needs to be given to players.

    OP, u could use the Step 4 ticket to register to a $215 tourney u dont want to play, register to the tourney u want to play w/ cash since the ticket is already "used", then go back and unregister for the ticketed tournament.

    why you want to spend cash instead of a ticket ? you can enter to a step 4 with cash, so its the same thing

    Cosign because it's good for the site, but why would anyone do this?

    Cash is obviously more flexible than a ticket or T$.

    well i'm guessing OP might be wanting to save his ticket for a later tournament down the road. if he wanted to play the SM but not want to use his ticket then he should be allowed to keep his ticket and pay with his own cash.
