Please make this a 2 day event or move it to the earlier time slot of 14:00 ET.
The same tournament, SCOOP-8-H has been running for 16 hours and still has 11 players left. This wouldnt be so bad if it was and early start (14:00 ET) but it started at 20:00. For the health of your players please change this for next week stars.....
sign if you agree -
[x] good point[ ] will happen
kinda late to change the time/date and for people in other countries maybe 14:00et is inconvenient for them -
how about changing the the SCOOP 2 day events to Saturday, instead of Sunday...?! honestly..wtf are they thinking? if i play the 2-day main event, and make it to day 2, i need to call in sick for work....bullshit imo... i can't be the only one that's not a complete degenerate....
just another reason FTP > PS

for sure, it deffo makes sense to put the NL events earlier, kinda sick that players from europe gotta start a tourny with that structure at 1am
cant see any reason why they wouldnt change this??

what about the people with jobs who can't start a tourney in the middle of the day? There aren't that many Scoop events with the 20:00 start time to begin with...I agree with maybe making them 2 day events or something, but they need to keep some with 8pm start times.

meh, i actually don't hate that they take this long. started playing last night knowing it'd take forever, so i dont' really care

All these structures are ridic if you have any semblence of a life or if you wanna play most events

I talked about this in another thread but I thought it was worth bringing up again. The structures are amazing (probably a little too good) but playing 18+ hours straight is crazy and impossible for people that work during the day. I can only play the weekend events and the turbos for this reason. I think they should consider making all of the scoop tournaments two day events (except for the turbos obv). They can be set up like the WSOP where you play around 10-12 hours then whoever is left comes back for day two. This is a drawback for some players at the WSOP who may have to miss a tournament or jog back and forth between tables but this is not a problem when playing online. Thoughts on this idea.....

Yeh I have no idea why they don't do this. You can resume the tourneys you've managed to make day 2 in and also play other events and do something like sleep

yeah i think it should stay in its same position u got to give the west coast people after work 2 event starting times that are good for them (20:00)....most of the scoop calender misses these people and having 2 events for them seems reasonable. I dont think the 14:00 and 17:00 starting times are very fair to them and im sure stars wanted to appease them somewhat (because 14:00 obvioisly makes most sense with these structures)....i mean i doubt ill play them cuz i cant stay awake/play well for them i just think that not every scoop was meant to be played. i def wasnt gunna play them last night cuz i knew i wouldnt be able to keep it together all morning

If the events remain single day, these structures are clearly too good/slow (did I just say that?). Perhaps stars could create more of a distinction between scoop and wcoop and keep the ridiculously slow structures for the "real" world championships of online poker and use a slightly faster structure for the spring championships.

this is absurd, stop complaining about how good a structure is. If you don't want to or can't play 20 hours then don't enter the tourney. Moving the start times is irrelevant. This isn't an american poker championship, its online and people are playing in practically every time zone.
Please stop complaining about the 2 days also, not everyone can play the entire weekend and the tourneys will inevitably get more runners on a sunday. Calling in sick for work 1 day to have a chance at a 6 figure score isn't the end of the world.
This isn't ftops and doesn't happen every third weekend so suck it up. -
I like the current structures and don't want those changed, but I do agree that making all, or most, of the tournaments 2day would be an improvement. If you hit one final table, while the payouts are great and no one will complain too much, your sleep schedule is screwed up for days and forces you to miss other events.

Doing anything for 20hrs straight isnt healthy and im guessing absoultely no-one woke up at 19:59 ET and started playing this tournament so all involved at the latter stages will be awake way over 24hours. How many people who start the tourament at 8pm ET on tuesday couldnt make it at 8pm ET on wednesday to continue the remainder of the tournament? This isnt a complaint about SCOOP generally just one specific event which on the evidence of tonight seems to have been planned badly imo
