  1. I haven't played on FullTilt in about a week and when I went to launch the App today from my desktop there was a new software update to install. Ok did that. But now when I log in with my account name and PW my account has revereted to Play money status and the $$$ I had in there and FTP points are not showing up. I have not recieved any email from Full Tilt stating my account had any issues/problems.

    My past experience with Full Tilt email support has been atriocious, basically you write with a unique question or experience and some rep sends you back a prerendered email and your stuck.

    I certainly feel like if my account has been reverted to play money and all the money I have in there is now gone that I should have recieved an email from Full Tilt, and there is no longer a phone number to call on there website under the support tab.

  3. My cashier tab is deviod of basically everything now, I can't check transaction history or anything. It's like the system thinks i'm a new account that has yet to deposit.

    I can't wait to get an email response from FTP telling me to unistall reinstall software, fax over FingerPrints ID Birth Certificate, my fisrtsborn... ect. in order to get some kind of legitmate response and inquirty into my dillemma here.

    Full Tilt Support, ArGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!

  5. This is ridiculous, googling has done nothing for a phone number support line from FullTilt.

    The other big sites have a Toll Free Phone Number don't they?

  7. hmm,.. that could be possiblity, if there's different versions of the software then I may have the wrong one,... I just picked up the first one I saw on their website.

    Giving it a shot, will report back with results.

  8. yea, looks like that's gonna do it, whew.

    Download from www.fulltiltpoker.net is not the same as the one from www.fulltiltpoker.com, I would never have thought of that as a solution.

    "Click the cashier button at the bottom left-hand corner of the Stars client..."
    "Dude, there is no effin cashier button whatsoever!"
    "Okay, how about in Lobby ---> Cashier."
    "No dude, there's no Cashier option there, either."
