Could I have played this hand any differently to get this guy to fold his K high flush? I thought it was a good time to semibluff seeing as though I have the ace and I have a ton of outs for a fullhouse.

yes.
Two things.
First - don't even call pre-flop. You have crap.
Second - if you made a mistake and called pre-flop,
fold after the flop. You still have crap.
Sorry about the bluntness of my reply but it needed to be said. -
Correct, you have crap so fold it preflop and again on the turn. Plus, he's got position on ya, and three, he's a weak player (not betting his fllush on the river after you check to him) so I don't think you could pry a K-high flush draw from his cold dead hand.
-
If you have the ace with the board showing a flush draw, you should of check raised the flop - then bet the full pot on the turn - then bet the full pot on the river.
It works better at higher limit tables where the competition is better and the limits are higher.
That's the great thing about having aces. Even if you don't have the flush, your opponent is worried big time and will fold. -
I think I was small blind in this hand.
-
funny how a fifty cent call can sometimes cost you a lot more.
-
Yeah, with the SB you need to generally take the approach of "If I'm on the button, do I play this hand?". If it's a crap hand, you can get trapped and pot stuck and lose a ton of money. Better off saving yourself a tough decision. PLO is such an unusual game online because it still requires being able to understand the read of your opponent which makes marginal hands even more tougher to play.

Basically, I gotta let some of my cajones go and tighten the F up I guess.
