  3. i dont think it matters to out of US players whether its .com or .net b/c they dont have laws regulating online gambling as far as depositing
  4. when you log in to pokerstars and you are in a tournament of anykind, it will automatically take you to your table. The same thing happens when you login from pokerstars.net. Even if it is real money. PS.net is like a filter, all the real money stuff is there you just cant see it. So when the software does something automatic is squeeks through that filter. And because the tourny lobby is open he can get to different tables, at that point it is just like playing on PS.com, if he closes his table and lobby he wont be able to get to them on PS.net, cause his connection from .net to .com is gone. However the little white star still appears on his avatar, as it "automatically" shows up when a table is opened through PS.net

    The # of players online is the same when either .net or .com is open. And you cant have both open at the same time cause it is technecally the same program
