    DO NOT TRADE WITH RANDOM PEOPLE.

    pokerstars life banned me in Febuary because I traded with 4 players on their site that had fraudlant funds. The trades occured from November to January , about 7 total with the 4 players. I primarily played at FTP and kept a very low balance on PS. So if I busted it , I would seek another trade , instead of credit card loading because of the issues with those , and the fact that I had more money in my FTP account than I had in my checking acct (opposite of a hidden brag imo)

    I still dont think I did anything wrong because they allow player to player trades for staking , etc. I think its the poker sites responsiblilty to verify the trade before they approve it.

    They took the money I had on the site , and closed my account perm. I have written them numerous emails after their decision , but no replies from Stars. Here is my last email that I sent.

    Is there anything else I should do or try? All I want to do is play some sngs on stars....sigh

    I am still upset about your decision. I will do anything to reverse it. I am innocent of any wrong doing.

    I have been banned from pokerstars because of an unknown association with several fraudsters.

    Before I began trading , I ASKED POKERSTARS SUPPORT if player to player transactions were safe and you guys assured me that they were. You said , "we investigate the origins of the trades , and would only approve legitamate funds". So please tell me how we got here , and why I am being punished for this. Is it because the scammers are long gone , and Im the only one left standing?

    Please dont let me take the fall because of their actions and activites. I DONT WANT TO MAKE PLAYER TO PLAYER TRADES EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS SITUATION. CAN YOU ALLOW PLAY AND RESTIRCT PLAYER TO PLAYER TRADES? I am reaching because I like your site and really want to PLAY there NOT SCAM!

    Whats the real problem here , it must be easy to load fraudulant funds at pokerstars? Please review my deposit history , my deposits are good and minimal.
    I can prove that all of these people contacted me first via a well respected player to player poker trading site. Did you know 2+2 forums has a section for these transactions? I really hope you reconsider.

    As someone who runs a number of websites, I'm going to suggest something:

    When you're requesting reinstatement on any sort of website where you've been banned, don't say, "I am innocent of any wrong doing." pokerstars is a private business; they get to define for themselves what constitutes wrong doing on their site. Telling them you've done nothing wrong doesn't help your case--it annoys them and makes them not want to help you.

    I'd also recommend not typing parts of emails in all caps. It makes you seem beligerant. There are a lot of good ways to get your point across in a respectful and mature manner. Emails that are written that way are taken more seriously, and the CS or security agent who may be empowered to help you is more likely to want to do so if they think that you are treating them with respect and deference.

    I hope you're able to get this situation worked out, as it doesn't sound like you had any bad intentions with what you did. Just remember, it's PokerStars site. Show them that you respect their rules and want to avoid violating them in the future, and they should want to help you continue as a customer there.

    great reason why they should be a governing site for online poker. They really don't care if they lose one, because 5 others are coming in. It sucks but that is the reality of pokerstars. I had a small problem that took almost 2 weeks to straighten out, no reasoning or anything, just suspened my account, because of player to player transactions. I recieved money from someone who was accused of colluting. It got my account shut down for over $50. It took time for me, but still I was guilty without any response. I still have an account with stars, but just left a bad taste in my mouth for that site.

    How can this even happen on pokerstars? Isn't each transfer reviewed? So if someone sends you money, it can't be fraudulent at the time. It would have to be something that player did after the money was transfered. I just don't see how or what could have happened to close another account.
