PLEASE HALP HACKED WHAT DO I DO

    My ftp and UB accounts have been hacked, I have no idea how this has happened, please help.

    I was unable to log into ftp, when i requested a new password anyways i was still unable to log into ftp due to "not being logged out". Confused I emailed ftp asking why i could not log in. Meanwhile I get an email about a gift certifcate purchase from ftp i did not make. WTFWTFWTF. Now i am panicking and check my email TRASH folder and i see funds transfer notices from ftp in my trash folder from my account to a shipsouth. WTFWTFWTF. I also can not log into UB. I obviously have been sending emails to ftp and ub with URGENT in the title but what else can i do. my names are Jlew and jlewis10748 on ftp and ub respectively. Sorry if this in incoherent but i am sort of panicking right now. Please halp, what should i doooo?

    There's no way the gift certificate is already shipped if it was just purchased.....just email support and tell them to cancel it???

    the hackers prolly changed the email on account so u'd have to wait till their support gets back to you and is able investigate/freeze shit.

    FTP has already been able to successfully help me regain my account and reverse the hackers funds transfers (yay) while UB has yet to respond to my emails. I was able to regain my accounts once the hacker logged off and swiftly changed my passwords and email address linked to my accounts. It appears the hacker was incredibly stupid and also degened it up while on my accounts. According to my UB transaction history he played a few low limit sngs before transfering my money out (lol???), and im pretty sure my ftp balance is higher now that it was before the hack. (lol?)

    Your poker accounts most likely didnt get hacked. Your computer is probably the "hacked" component. You might want to wipe it and start over or use a diff cpu when you are trying to recover your accounts.
