Im ok with just call pre outta pos to at least 1 over maybe 2 cards . I think reraising this paticular player woulda beena shove coinflip type thing pre so i wanted to see a flop.

Flop: I checked the flop to the 3 unders to my JJ cuz i knew he would bet and I could check raise, however I dont think I raised big enough or I shoulda just bet out. but my raise was to see if i was up against a bigger pp w just the call knew i was more than likely ahead
    Turn:
after I checked to the K on the turn , he goes all in ( I feel cuz i showed weakness but it was all about my feel that he didnt have a K cuz he was opening w a wide range. I coulda folded my last 137 still had a top ten stack (9)(30 blinds).

So in my opinion I played it wrong a few way s.

How would you all play this hand.

  2. 3 bet pre, call his 4 bet shove and lose the race.

  3. And yes I know Im an idiot for not chk raising all in on flop ( cuz if he had an over p I still woulda ended up all in on that board) But I was trying to be to cute or trappy with this paticular player i wanted a bigger pot i got greedy.

So then you already know the biggest mistake you made in the hand....

I would absolutely be 3-betting preflop and calling a shove, as was already stated. But the beautiful thing against someone like this is if you 3-bet, he'd likely just call rather than 4-bet shove, then you shove the flop and he folds. Easy game.

  5. 3bet him to 38k pre call shove

As played your min raise was bad, id make it more like 58-61k (even a c/r aww een wouldn't be bad) and then get in on any turn

  6. I am fine with flatting pre or 3 betting. The prob with this stage in the tourney is that the raise pre in this spot is rarely spew. Flatting controls the size of the pot and you certainly can not fold. We are on the final table bubble and I am looking to see a low flop here. I do not like the check raise at all as you really price him in to call. I would shove this flop and protect my hand. If he calls its a bad beat. At this spot in the tourney I am looking to make FT and wait for others to make huge mistakes, not small ones. At the $10 level you will see many mistakes made at the FT but only if you make it that far.
