ok...here's the deal, i know how to play em short stacked, or later stages of tourney etc etc blah blah....but early stages of a tourney or, i suppose a cash game, wot do ya think......raise em big?.....or see a cheap flop?...but sure as hell an over card will come, then wot?.......i aint one of these people who fall in love with their hand...so i can fold em.....just wondered wot u guys think
-
I now feel stupidER having read this........
ummm... there is no one way to play a hand, with experience you will feel more comfortable in each situation you encounter with TTs.
Why do I feel like you will have no idea what im saying? -
i know exactly wot ure sayin .....i have played loads.....i just wanted some opinions.....obviously there is no 1 way of playin a hand....thanx for ur constructive advice and politeness
-
I never limp them. Raise to either take the pot down or get heads-up. Fire out on the flop, chances are when heads-up your opponent misses the flop. If theres over cards and your opponent calls I will slow down or completely shutdown. Having good reads on your opponents will usually help dictate how to play 10's when you get to the turn or the river. And sometimes you'll even hit a set and get paid offffffffffffff.
Dug this hand history up for you...

Shove turn, really? Well at these stakes, and the player that led the turn, I knew he would bet the river so I was content. Raising more preflop is definitely a good suggestion though. Thank you mister busto.

LOL.... Okay, youve shown us how to get it all-in when you flop an overpair and how to get it all-in preflop. Not to say you didnt play them well because you did. Just that you havnt found yourself in a tough spot with thm.

The correct response is:
"I will rape and kill your mother for that."
I got a thirty day chat ban at FT for that. -
