  1. Out of the top 100 Pocket Fives players/pros, do any of them also play high stakes cash games? If so, what stakes? Are any of them successful at them?

It must be difficult to be a top MTT player and also a top cash game player. I was curious to find out which players do both at a high level. Is it more profitable to play tournaments or cash games for our Pocket Five pros?
  2. The only one i know for sure is Ryan Gutshtallin Welch plays a good deal of cash and is quite good at them, not sure what you consider high stakes though. He talks about it in his podcast a few weeks ago.

cash and mtt's are different worlds, it would probably help all of them to play cash but I dont think they would be the table captain right away. They are among the best MTT players in the world so I wouldn't imagine they would struggle and im sure the adjustment would be fairly quick. As far as hard profit im sure they wouldnt make as much at first but there is a reason all the greats play cash for income and tournaments for glory...

  3. I would have thought the crossover between MTT and cash games were much more common. After all the top pros that you read about (Bruson, Ivy, Negreanu, Hellmuth, etc,) seem to be able to do both.

Is it more common for good cash game players to also be good MTT, are more rare for good MTT pros to also play well in cash games?
