    Is anybody else still having problems with Poker Ace not working? I have sent 5 emails and posted on their forum and PM'd Josh over at PokerTracker/Poker Ace and have gotten zero replies and my Poker Ace is still not working.

    If I was thinking about buying any software from them I would think twice given the level of customer service and these "downtime" issues. It is sad that people have paid to register their software and they figure out a way to disable your software so you can't use it even though you paid for it.

    I dont have the new software but i have the old version and they were always quick to respond to any email i sent to them.....

    keep us posted on your issues

    my old version of pahud quit working complaining about today being the proper date and to connect to the internet blah blah blah, I couldn't fix it so I just installed pt3 and have been using that

    I had the same problem, the solution is posted on their forums...

    You can either set your system clock to a date before May 26, or you can use the auto-email feature to request your registration code, plug that in again and it will work.

    I've re-entered my registration code and it still doesn't work. It'd be nice to get this working so I can play some omahaha
