hi i am thinking to move to holland is online poker legal there? do i have to pay taxes and how much if anyone knows who lives there and plays poker for a living
any info is welcome

First off, you must be completely insane to move from Mexico to Holland but ok. Laws are closing in on online poker but thus far you are still able to play everywhere. You do have to pay taxes on your online winnings, either 25% to 33%, not entirely sure. Winning is the Holland Casino are tax free. Hope this helps a little.

If you are playing American sites the hours suck if you are a tournament player, Holland ain't cheap either.

I have no idea how they control the winnings. I think you can declare whatever you want to as long as you don't transfer large sums of money directly into your bank account, but that seems rather obvious.
